GetAgent's Top Performer Award Explained
GetAgent is a comparison website that determines the best estate agents in any given area based on performance. They do this by collating property sales data directly from the Land Registry, as well as from the statistics on RightMove, Zoopla, and OnTheMarket.

Top Performers are determined by comparing 3 core performance metrics:
1. Percentage of the original asking price achieved
2. Average sale time
3. The number of properties listed in the past 6 months.

Using a proprietary algorithm, the data is combined to determine the top agents in any given area. In order to receive the Top Performer Award, an estate agency must perform within the top 20% of agencies.
